Refunds

• Order Cancellations: If you want to cancel your order before it ships, contact our support team at support@smokeregion.com. If the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we will refund the full amount including shipping fees.

• Cancellations After Shipping: For orders already shipped, you will need to return the item to receive a refund. Once we receive the returned package, we will refund your purchase minus the shipping costs.
